You poor souls, the hard ship you have to go though to shoot this competition

Whereas I have the luxuary of my outside entry which mainly doubles as a wind tunnel

Maybe that's why my scores are always so low perhaps

I to suffer from wind,if the temp drops below 21C the fan heater cuts in + combined with my love of beans well say no more.I am further hampered by the need to consume a can of beer between each target because of the Heat

Got my Co2 results submitted to you Paddy

Right now what can I use as an excuse
    Oh how about:
    • It was real cold (I now it was 4 degrees C but the wife reckons it was cold).
    • Or how about I used really crappy pellets (Cuz they aint much cop in Co2 guns and I sent my last tin of Geco's to the guy who bought my CP99)
    • My grips on the 357-6 need replacing cos a clips bust and they keep falling off
    • It was'nt that windy (but I could try that excuse)
    • I'm a better shot than Pad.E so I cant use the excuse that I'm crap
    • Sod it I was a poor performer today

    Or how about....

I didn't drink enough coffee, so wasn't alert.
I drank too much coffee, so my hands were shaking.
    My hands are ALWAYS shaking.
    I have bad eyesight.
    My eyes were dry.
The sun was shining in my eyes.
It was raining or overcast or too late in the day or too early in the day, so the target area was too dark.
I'm too old to be any good.
I'm just getting started at this.
I'm too old to be getting started at this.
Some portion of my anatomy was hurting.
    I was distracted about something...

You know, you can really go off some people can't you

That said, the wife is in hospital tonight which does mean I can squeeze 6yards between dining room and front room without getting a thick ear for shooting indoors

Waited all day for a richter rated Guinness/ jagermeister/ red wine induced hangover to abate. Got the stove stoked up and roaring, it's about -3 out, had to readjust the sights because there was still a power loss going on.
Not too bad though not exactly olympiad!

    Ha ha Tony

I don't need to use any excuses, I know I'm pants so I except that I'm pants.

It can be frustrating but as long as I have fun thats the main thing especially when I then go & shoot up plastic McDonalds toys & tiles

One thing I did find with this comp my hands were shaking big time Just couldn't keep them still

Thanks to all those who partcipitated to the comp & weldone. Expect the results sometime in the early morning. As I'm off the Rough Wedge in the morning to do some of that air-rifle shooting

    Regards
    Paddy.
