    Which Weihrauch Pistol?

    Evening all,
After bagging a Aeron target pistol, I've found myself with some change burning a hole in my pocket.
I've read loads of references to the Weihrauch pistols on this forum, seems thats its a huge favourite, and I want a piece of that action!
So, which Weihrauch pistol do you own, and why?

    Matt

HW40 very accurate and fun to shoot looks good with the fibre optic sights and less recoil than the HW45.

HW45 and HW40, two fine pistols. Which ever one you chose you'll not be disappointed.

HW45 Spring powered, two power settings.
    Top end of power out-put.
    Some felt recoil.

    HW40 Single stroke pneumatic.
    Very accurate.
    No felt recoil.
About half the power out-put of the HW45.

Best get that coin out and start flipping, heads or tails?

I'd get the HW45, its like an air rifle in a pistol. It's got nice power and is accurate. :P

Whatever the HW can do, the Aeron will do better, so why bother.

    I have both a 40 and a 70.

The 40 is brilliant for me. Light and accurate
The 75 is much heavier but accurate as well for a springer.
The 45 is more or less full power and has a great recoil only problem I have with the 45 is I dont have one

Comp shooting go for the 40 I got a gold award with a 40 in Coventry Also got a gold with the 70 as well.

HW are very well made indeed.

Prob a typo but the 75 is a single stroke pneumatic. And excellent it is too - and certainly quite heavy.
