    FWB127 Finished.!!!

Well it’s all back together, scoped up and looking good. Shame it will be Wed/Thurs before I can give it a work out.

Special thanks to DM80 for some very nice bluing

I’ll post the pics on my site over the next few days.

I have one of these beasts, but it is crying out for a barrel catch.

What was yours like in the slack breech department?

Should I be having a word with DM80?

The barrel catch was fine on this one but I would recommend DM80 for a good re-blue.

    Venom or Bowkett or Airmasters

should be able to sort you out with a manual barrel catch if your erm.. 'ball detent' is unrepairable.

The ball part of it is OK, its that little pointy bit on the cylinder face that is worn away.
It is a shame, because when the barrel isn't bouncing, it is accurate to bits.
