The good weather gave me a chance to have some long range shooting.

    170 meters with my HP40joule

I thought it would be fun to do some long range plinking
and tried to make a video(my first one )
    here it is
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e32C6S4yS9E

my comments were 1st: Wind.... did the "job"
    2: like half ft/lb
I was surprised the pellet didn't penetrate the spray cylinder
according to ballistic software it should have like 7 ft/lb on that range.
(Though it seems like its a strong cylinder )

    jsb heavies vs barracuda match.

    100 meters again. Windy.
The point of aim is the shot with arrow, no drift correction, zero at 50 meters, correction at elevation.

    http://i479.photobucket.com/albums/r...r/DSC00047.jpg
Both groups with the same point of aim to see the drop difference.
The upper group is with the jsb heavies and the bottom with the barracuda.
Both types had almost the same drift even though the barracuda are heavier.
Also the barracuda had bigger horizontal spread
also at 50 meters, barracuda's did that.

I thing it can do better, but i only had time for 6 shoots in a row with low wind
I used the jsb jumbo heavy
    Hello Sniperman,

I think the Steyr is very capable of good 100m results. Although an Air Arms S4/500 regulated or Theoben Rapid MKII might be better. This is what I tested recently with my Steyr (and JSB 5,52mm):
