There was loads in Target Sports this month, from memory in the past year there's been stuff on Mick Gault, Stoke Mandeville, shooting paper plates and Tim Finley has played with all sorts of Co2 plinkers.

There was very little about Air/Co2 pistols in the last issue, but I think this copy of AGW has been the best I have read since I started buying it

I am just putting the finishing touches to an article I have done for them Hoping to get it published soon.

Have to agree with Charlts though

    Ain't that the truth.

In my mag, the FT shooters thought there was too much hunting, the hunters though there was too much FT stuff.

And hardly any pistols at all, but the mag was called Sporting Air Rifle.

I know in both magazines they make a point of saying if you have any suggestions or would like to see something to drop them a line.

Maybe the email to the editor might help?

It would be great if you could get them through the net in an E-format, where you could get them monthly or a years subscription.

Maybe you could view the front cover and index page before buying.
This would make it very easy to archive.

I bought every issue of both mags last year and recently threw them away, as, as much as i wanted to keep them storage was becoming a problem (trying to keep the place tidy, free from stacks of dog eared magazines).

The only problem maybe stopping people from sharing them on mass once bought.

But wouldn't it be great to just do a search on the airgun you want to read up about, rather than thumbing through countless copies of the mags on the off chance.

    Archie,

I know what your saying but even if they have not had a reply it still might have made the editor consider adding an article in the future.

Better to have tried, you never know

For the record chaps, there was an article on IPAS, plus an article on 10m pistol shooting. I know..cos I wrote them. That's 2 articles in 12 months in 2008 which is more than a fair representation of interest in air pistol and shooting.

I'd love to do more on Pistols, give me a suggestion that could be interesting to the general readership and I'll do it.
