Optional Foresight To Fit HW45 When Shoulder Stock Is Fitted

Does anyone have one of these?

It is a broader foresight, which fits around the existing unit on HW45s by means of an tightening screw. The purpose being to offer a larger foresight when the shoulder stock has been fitted.

On the assumption no-one happens to have one for sale, I would be interested in borrowing one to use as a pattern to make a replacement.
