    Pellet swap shop

Wouldn't it be good if we had some sort of pellet swap shop? So if we have say some JSB we could swap 100 of them for 100 Air Arms or 100 mossies for 100 crossman prem light etc etc.

Read nothing into the pellets mention but I have a load of pellets that like or don't like some of my guns. I'd definately stick 100 into a jiffi bag as a swap for 100 of something I haven't tried. It would deinately be cheaper than having to buy several tins of this and that only to find after 20 shots your gun doesn't like em.

    Any thoughts?

I did buy this once this. Nice to look at, maybe hang them on the wall. Not very useful though. A lot of poor quality pellets and brands, only a few of each pellet and many were damaged.

They don't do AA Fields in 4.53 just 4.51/4.52. JSB Exacts and the now defunct Daystate FT were/are available in all three headsizes.

You may just find that people at the club will let you try pretty much anything you want if they've got them.

Just worked out that they will probly weigh no more than 60 grams and with a single A6 envelope (packs of 25 for £1.46) with postage=£0.33

Yeah but the problem with this is they'll get rattled about and end up with damaged skirts or heads or even squashed. Then what use will they be?

The best solution is to put them into a small AA tin or small card box with plenty of foam packing pieces in to minimise the damage, this will cost a couple of quid for the large letter postal service but will ensure the pellets are getting there in good condition.

by the way, I have loads of AA Field 4.52, Bisley Magnum 4.52 and JSB Exacts 4.53's if anyone wants to swap for ANY .22's I'm looking for some H&N FTT, JSB Exacts or RWS Superfield in .22 5.52????

I have settled my HW100 on the Exacts in 4.53mm after trying everything on the market except the Defiant range which i got a few of but have been waiting for the right weather to test etc.
