Sam, worst of all the Pier has burnt down a few weeks after a planning application to turn it into a casino was refused, looks like we are soon to have a new nightclub/casino after all so alls well that ends well (for some anyway)
Cheers Mark

The Webley & Scott Hawk range weren't made and marketed unil the 1970s, and the MkIII post 1976, so although they are the wrong pellets, the correct ones would've been priced in decimal too ... On the subject of W-S-M, spent eight weekends there with mates between 1980 and 1988 (we went there once a year around Septemeber time for a long weekend Beano) so I too have fond memories surrounding Weston, especially the miles and miles of mud, Blue Band baby cops and "Charlie Brown's" . Nice reply Gareth, "Basher" who was the manager of Charlie Browns in your day died last year, great bloke , his quote about Carlies was " at charlies we always expected trouble.. it rarely let us down" I looked in the Hawk box today and there is a webley pellets cardboard tin insert, as well as the folded instruction sheet, if anybody out there would like me to copy it just pm or preferably email me with your address and I will copy it and post to you, the allen key is there too with an apology letter from webley because it fits the osprey but the Hawk front sight is the same size. I have got an Osprey as well but even at 15yds cant hit a cows ass, (figurateley speaking of course)
