    2240 - Next Question

UKNeil's done the silencing, Vipertek Dave has dug out the scope...

Would you Crosman lads recommend the Crosman Pro Blocks for providing a dovetail or is there an ultimate/must have product?

...and furthermore do you know the tube size, and therfore the mount size for a little Simmons 2x20 Prohunter scope?

...and furthermore, could you explain how a woman can sit and watch all manner of ######## on the telly for hours on end whilst showing no apparent signs of life apart from the rustling of a huge packet of Walkers Sensations but suddenly become a purring love kitten from the moment the "Match Of The Day" music starts?
that's in poor taste, suggest you remove it.

Pro blocks are not brilliant...better to fit a steel breech with dovetails...trust me!!..
No idea on the Simmons scope.

    Fit a decent dovetailed breech.
If you are going to splash out, the RJMachine breech is a stunning bit of kit. Will be buying another shortly, despite crap exchange rate at present.

    Oooh 25 shots a pop!!

Sorry I thought the last thread was spent lads. Ally breech it is then.

I'm quickly discovering that I'm an absolutely dreadful shot with a pistol!! I had a go with a mates Ratty which has a little laser thingy and it was a real insight. When the laser's on you can see how steady (or otherwise) your aim is and it appears I have a hand as steady as a vagrant alcoholic first thing on a frosty morning. And when I actually get to squeezing one off (I hope that's the correct term) I drag the aim point a good two feet right over 10 yards!

    They were all P*########* themselves.

    Much to learn.

    Thanks again though.

It'll probably be on here for sale in a month or so.

    Breech

I picked a dovetailed, alloy breech up off the site last night!

I still can't quite believe it.

I'll see how it shapes up when I get everything on the gun.

Then all I've got to do is learn to shoot it
