It is a real shame. I met Adrian a couple of years ago when I sold him a Parker-Hale Dragon. What a nice (very talkative!) fella. I knew he wasn't well but it still came as a shock to me when I heard the news he had died. It is a very sad loss to the airgun community and he will be be missed.
Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. Winston Churchill
sorry to hear this news
I'm so sorry to hear that. A while ago he rebuilt a PH Phoenix (superbly) for me and I had some hilarious phone conversations with him.
A lovely bloke who'll be greatly missed by everyone who knew him, or of him.
...it`s a great example of Aidrians sharp wit and warm personality:
"Wot Wife?
I ve got a bird that occaisonaly comes round when she has time to live a real life and is not too busy living a false one thru the highly intellectual eastenders shouting and screaming and/or corrie oh and of course emmerdale not even a working farm in that very convincing not!
if she was exmilitary I 'd call her Major Misery
mind you she was brilliant when i was seriosly ill and I do have soft spot for her and no it isn't a patch of quicksand of the Ise Of Wight"
Made me chuckle
Gone, but most definately not forgotten
