Ah - the very rare 'N' prefix or Hens Teeth model (as its known amongst us collectors) Improved 'D' variant as used by a Mr. Lawrence in Arabia. Now THAT should increase the asking price considerably.
That could also explain the marks on the classic wood box. They are chewing marks from a camel.
" Batrian camel ?" you ask !
