For Sale: A 1930's BSA 'Breakdown' air rifle in the only calibre it came in, ie .177. These are not at all common, as only around 15,000 were made, so less common than a Webley Mk.2 service for example.
This rifle is in super original condition, with virtually all its original blued finish, and the all important cylionder etching still clearly readable.
A charming pre war boy's rifle - I suppose the post war equivalent would be the Meteor - but which has not suffered from uncaring youth as most have.

Sounds great, I've never seen or heard of one with the cylinder etching intact. Even in Knibbs book the "Golden Century", he uses a period photo.
