I know - they went up a couple of days after I got mine!
Shame though! I have chatted with the guy at Binoculars UK and he was very nice and said that they can always do a better deal than the price you see soif you are interested - give them a bell and ask if they can beat that price or offer free delivery.
Cheers

Love this scope very clear, cost me £90 from usa bargain!!!!!
Does anyone have direct experience of the Legend 5-15 x 40 and the Mamba 4-16? I'm particularly interested in the reticle - which one has the thickest crosshairs, for example? And which retains best parallax and focus down to 20yards? I'm looking for one with thin 'hairs and would like something suitable for targets at 20 yards and farther! Both scopes are fairly similar price-wise. Any thoughts appreciated!
Cheers.
Sorry!!!! Just realised that I shouldn't have asked a question on this part of the forum. My mistake. I'll post the question elsewhere. Please don't ban me!!!!!
Thanks, Si - I had a feeling that the MTC had a finer reticle. Thanks for your help.
Mike

i am a big fan of The Legend ,i always come back to my Legends as the quality is for me the best .
now i need a Legend with a side focus when they get round to it .
second is the Pentax Lightseeker and Gameseeker ranges ,love these too
I recently bought an EV2 Mk II & have fitted a Legend to it. I too am a fan of Bushnell scopes & this one is excellent. Very good quality for a not too silly price.
Chris.
Far too many rifles & pistols to mention here.
I am another real big fan of the Legend. Just got one from the Sportsman Gun Centre for £139.99 delivered. Bargain.
Good review for the money the legend is a very capable scope, with PA it is great for gallery rifle.

The Legend is my favourite general purpose scope, it will do most jobs well. The optics are very good, though some show a bit of edge distortion at higher mags. Some people say that the mildot spacing is a bit wide, but it works for me, 35 yard zero, 3/4 md at 45, 1 md at 50, and 1 1/2 md at 55 yards. (we shoot HFT out to 55 yds in the South West.) The price has come down a lot recently. They used to be £300, and I imported some from the US at £140, including delivery, VAT, and customs duty. (Rip off Britain?) You can now get them for £140, including a UK warranty.
