Have a butchers at my Box :D

My hunt for a nice pistol case has nearly come to a climax. I remembered a RC heli parts case that was the right size so I bought one. £20 inc postage.

I then took the case and my gun and bits that I wanted fitting to a local case making firm and they took some drawings and went away to do their thing.

Few hours later I get a call to say it's ready, and the result I think is just brilliant. They charged £25 for the cutting (cash in hand job) and it's perfect.

The case takes my Beretta, 2 tins of pellets, 4 CO2 caps and my RWS speedloader. The only thing left to do is to change the plate to a new design, not sure what yet though.

    What ya think?

If anyone is interested I can get them made, although the case I used has a limited width of 155mm so that may be an issue for the bigger guns, and of course you cant fit a scoped pistol in this case.

However you can supply your own case and I can get the cutting done if you wish.

    Hi Andy.

    It looks very professional

I done something simular years ago, but what I done is lined the pistol case with camo material for my desert eagle blank firer .

Don't know where the box now. I might just give it another go

    Regards

Well It is 'ME' isn't it.

Once again Andy looks good. What kind of badge are you going for on the box?

    Vinyl or metal plaque.

    Regards
    Paddy.

It'll be a replacement ally plate same size as the one on it.

It's a Umarex Pistol so it has to be the Umarex Boys Club Logo

Now that isn't a bad idea

I may now opt for a camo lined green outer box with our logo on it.

    Interesting project don't you think

Well that is an option yes.

I was thinking of something rather more understated. Just this for example :

Superb! I'd love that, but I'd need to keep changing too often. Sometimes I might want to put a red dot on one pistol and start using another with open sights.

PS if you're paying that price for RWS Hobbies, you might want to take a butchers at JSR's prices. £2.59 per tin and a discount for bulk (£22.95 for 10).

Oh I know!, they were bought as an emergency.

I've just had 10 tins delivered from JSR
