Floating targets tend to stick in the flow look good but aren't much of a challenge, water curtains over floating targets are great especially when the pellet gets deflected having passed through the KZ hole and actually hits nothing for a DN oh how they whinge. Also shooting through thin branches although not perceived as being fair for major comps is extremely good fun for smaller events where the possibility of shooting all the rubbish out of the way is unlikely to happen. The skill of threading a pellet through all those twigs as if engaging a woody or crow in a lofted position is what true air rifle marksmanship is all about.
Oh and fun.
