Some time ago i had spent sometime filming some of my groups at long range and the potential with FAC air rifles.

In this video i could not get to shoot off the ground with the bipod because the grass would not let me see the target plate. instead we shot from ontop of some bricks laying around, more realistic field scenario and enough accuracy to pop mama's plant pots.

this position would not work although i rest the Laser range finder on the turrets to be more accurate in my ranging

We shot the group from top of this stone supporting it with my hand under

i was actually abit foolish in my approach, i skipped on of the basic steps after reading wind velocity and direction and that is the wind Value to multiply by to get the correct dope. i was so much focused on the wind speed that i forgot to work out its value according to the direction 1 o clock.
2Mils x 0.3 =0.6Mils right windage.

In any case, i saw the pellet impact the limestone and puff some dust up, Read the correction on the reticle (MP20) and dialled in the correct dope. Remember my Turrets are in Mils too so i just removed 1.5Mils. 2nd shot hit home dead center at 160yards. i was quite pleased with the group, overall the vertical string is not bad considering it was shot off a stone support.

When you setup things right, everything is possible.
