I guess this is the Valmet Suomen Leijona under an English name (the meaning is the same, anyway, plus the description seems to match).
Anyway, I happened to find a shop that has at least the diopter plates for the Suomen Leijona. The email address is tommi.roponen(at)hotmail.com, the website URL is

Another place I'd ask is Heikki Taipalus here in Finland, he seems to stock all kinds of mystic parts for target guns. The website address is

I also saw a note to the effect that the diopter sights off a Valmet m/27 military rifle would fit. However, I have no way of ascertaining this.
