Hi Ashley,
We usually get there about 9am and the plinking range will already be in full swing. Safety briefing is at 10:30am.

I read all that but....I can't leave mine untill 1pm so will be about half 1 when i arrive, and i couldn't find a closing time

Well the main rifle shoot is usually over by about 1pm, but then there's a pistol HFT comp. The plinking range is open the whole time so you'd be able to use that at any time. I don't know what time it officially shuts, but would guess its going to be around 4pm at earliest. If you send jinx a pm he'll be able to clarify.
