Well done Del and to all that took part in this comp, but also thanks to all who turned out to attempt our 30 target challenging course aswell, a total of 63 people turned up yesterday, we are obviously doing something right.

What is it with this Del???... everything he shoots he just as to be top gun ....... one more thing Les next time you bring that pistol of yours can you please make sure it shoots where you aiming ..Only joking.. a good day had by all.

The new handicap system will come into effect next season. This will see Del shooting left handed, facing the wrong way using a mirror with open sights!

Perhaps the best thing would be for me to stop lending Del my pistol and require him instead to shoot the course using 20 paperclips propelled by an elastic band stretched between thumb and forefinger. Even this level of kit could prove fatal for the 10 metre chicken targets but at least the rams should be safe.

What does a mirror with open sights look like, I wonder...

Perhaps the best thing would be for me to stop lending Del my pistol and require him instead to shoot the course using 20 paperclips propelled by an elastic band stretched between thumb and forefinger. Even this level of kit could prove fatal for the 10 metre chicken targets but at least the rams should be safe.

Can I just bring me catty and shoot sugar lumps instead?
