Yesterday (Sunday) - Leslie Williams @ Bisley
Was anyone from the BBS there?
Adam

Yes, I was. First time at 200yds. Scored a measly 36.

Norm!! I think I may have seen you!! did you have a red top on? I definately saw someone complaining about a 36.
(Im the Captain of Surbiton Postal Rifle Club, had sunglasses on, blue t shirt and was sitting with the anti social bunch over near the carpark).
Bloody good day out though, I am determined to win it next year!

Hello Adam
No I had a blue top on.
Obviously other people were on the same learning curve as me!!
What did you score?
Are you going to be at the Surrey Open LSR in July?
I shall definitely be there for that one.
Look forward to meeting you there.

Hey Norm!
I wasnt shooting the Leslie Williams this year... I came to scout it out!!
My better half was though... Anchutz in a Pink Gemini stock. Scored 48 in the morning and 84 in the afternoons metric.
Not bad... but she shoots for GBR so really we did expect better, personally I was amazed at how accurate 22 lr is at 200 yards!!
I am the Sporting Rifle Captain at Surbiton Rifle Club... I will 100% be at the LSR Open Sir!!
Wouldnt miss it for the world!! Last years went down a storm and I really hope that we get more shooters this year.
In fact, I think I've been conned into being a range officer / helper for the morning session. So will be around all day, and shoot in the PM session.
Where you at the LSR open last year? I got second place in Division B using open sights!!!!!! and it really did make my year!!
(sorry to brag but its the best I've ever done in any sort of competition ever) !!
Cheers!!

Yes, I was there last year, 5th in division B.
But this year its gonna be different!!
I see you've gone from division 10 to division 5 in the Surrey postal league lsr. That will be a challenge for you.

Also Adam...
just to show how fixated we shooters are, I distinctly remember seeing the pink rifle on Sunday but I cant remember what your better half, who was carrying it at the time, looks like.
Sad, or what?
