    MAD WED RESULTS 20th May

Another fantastic evening at MAD with some new faces and some very respectable scores coming in. Congratulations to Jenny who posted a PB before handicap of 57, and won overall tonight.
This was our final warm-up for the Wednesday Evening League which officially starts next week and 6 scores from the next 8 will count towards the title. Handicaps will be set by Mr 58,(scored in the worlds, you know!) and can go up as well as down, depending on how he feels on the night.

I'm sorry I couldn't make it tonight....work and all that, but I'm looking forward to next week.

Well done Jenny on a PB.

Been gearing up for this for the past week, job in Dagenham.

    Thinks me,
1 steady drive down,110 miles from the office,no one'll bother me down here.
    2 cup of coffee,
    3 survey as necessary,
4 longish lunch, bugger, too late to get back to the office
5 nip to Mad for the midweek comp
6 kip at the 'van, back to work early today.

It all went wrong at 4, looked in mirror,I spys one of the directors walking towards the car, 'all done mate, see you back at the office then'.

    Oh well, another day then
