    Hope to pop along for this one, I believe our giant-killing springer shooter may be joining me for the trip North

    Unfortunately my springer is still in transit from Bonny Scotland so I'll have to use a phutter

    Not as bad as my day,
    Bought some weights from argos, Walking to my car I was thinking "Hrm, These's arent going to be much good as I can carry them perfectly right now" Got in and done all the weights no problems Terriable!

    You wanna try swinging that grass hook....at the club...and it's free.
    Some pull ups in the trees....fixing/greasing targets.
    45yd sprint....running up and down the range clearing crap.
    The Jerk...well i'll let you work that one out!

    All that free exercise and we all benefit!..Problem solved.
    (Don't tone up too much...we are going to whorsham)

    Steve don't forget to aim off for the crossover with your rifle....
