    Hi Phil
The age and condition are very important Phil in determining value
These rifles normally have the month and year of manufacture stamped on the LHS of cylinder at the rear of the action
Photographs are really needed though to help assess value

Generally a nice model 50, 1976 onwards is worth about £140

Pre 76 models had nicer shaped and slimmer stocks so are more desirable and the older the better as far as value is concerned. A very nice very early one could sell for £200 - £250

The last of the 50's was beefed up to increase power, but they had a longer cocking lever that looked awful. The beech stocks also did not have much character using pressed chequering and I would think these are worth the least.
