    Hi

You can use any type of pistol & any type of sight for the sideshoot.

The cut off time is 23:00 Saturday (GMT) So there is still some time left.

    Hi Mike, please read

Scoring: If the pellet breaks into two points, i.e 8 & 9, you score the highest number.

We score inwards fella, not outwards. I think your 100 will stand.

    In or Out

    Hi Guys
The reason for the oddball scoring on the B.A.R. target are the two sizes of scoring zones. The bull is large enough to hold a .22 with clearance so 100 is a possible, but, the outer ring is narrower than the others so it is harder to score on and you are allowed to score inwards. Only reason for the anomaly is that it was done to fit the space on an A4 sheet and be cut into targets which fit the 17Cm holders since the commercial company it was designed for have to deal with all sorts of shooters with varying abilities.

You lot are better than that so you need the incentive and challenge

Afraid I'm not going to get any scores in this time fella's.

Few probs with my blood pressure means I can't even hold the flipping gun up long enough to aim. All I get is a big figure of eight wave in the air a foot each side of the bloody target

    next time maybe.

That's too bad Russ. What are you taking for the hypertension? I've had very high blood pressure for at least the past 30+ years: Diovan seems to be doing the trick for me.

Shot the sideshoot this morning, and DAMN it was fun shooting the bullseye BAR targets with my optical rig!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've never shot a "proper" target before with my optical combo - how weird is that?

I think I have an idea for Season 2 of the 10m...

    Talk about dedicated.....

I've just shot my CO2 in the garden in the middle of a midge attack.

Then the rain started, for my first target it was just spitting. Worried about water in the HW40, I loaded each shot in my shed, meaning I had to leave my firing point, consequently no chance of sighting shots!

Then during the second target it was raining so hard I could hardly see it, I had no coat on, so water was running down my neck and pounding my head. It was truely 'coming down in stair rods' as they say round here!
