Looking for a rough valuation please

That is why so many people seem to be breaking guns and selling them piecemeal on fleabay as 'Spares'

I reckon you could get

£30-40 for a good unsplit stock

£25 at least for the trigger block

£5 for the piston assembly

£10-20 for the barrel/cylinder assembly if in good nick

£20 for the rearsight at least

£5-10 fr the underlever assembly

£5 for the screws etc

Total by my reckoning £100 at lowest estimate ( all plus post!)

Jobs a goodun !!!

And you can sleep easy knowing that your bits probably contributed to getting four or five scrappers back shooting again.....

It has to be worth £75 + post, From some of the prices asked for modern
American guns & other J**k. Just look at the sum of the parts on Chambers, Or as Lakey says, try to buy a decent Stock, Sights,piston, Etc,

No wonder forum members are selling parts on the " Bay "
( 1 ) Scorpion Pistol, Stock, rear sight, Incomplete trigger £41 + post.
( 2 ) Webley mk 3, Sights, (Last time I looked ) before the finish £36 + post
These are just a couple of examples, ! I have many more.


There are some good lads on here, but the are being overtaken by the P**s

I still go along with my first thoughts but have seen my error on post 10 .

I meant to say £50 PLUS post taking it up to £70 if done via SD .

What Lakey says is true (of course) about the value of the gun's parts but an old gun may well be worth less than the sum of its parts.

The effort required to split a gun into its parts, photograph each one, price them and write up the advert, and then manage to sell the lot without being left with a pile of the less desirable bits, makes the whole thing a chore worth avoiding.

Re. the OP I don't know what your Airsporter is worth, sorry, but I suspect you'd get a better idea if you posted more and better pics.
