    Safety catch mod - S410?

Anyone have any thoughts on whether a Safety could be "added" to an S410? I am not comfortable with the "de-cock" procedure, and wondered if it would be possible to make a physical safety catch/lever (beyond not sticking your finger in the trigger guard!)

Razor blade taped to the trigger? You'd have to be damn sure about pulling it then .

    IMHO!

you should never rely on a safety!

always treat any rifle as if were loaded!

there is nothing wrong with removing the mag and de-cocking when you have to. i.e. climbing over fence, etc. etc.

when people rely on mechanical features, thats when accidents happen!

I have just aquired one of the latest S400s with the white lettering and laser etched air reservoir.
It also has a very neat safety catch/button actually built into the trigger blade, it's very handy and works a treat.
Might even possibly be a reto fit... Try e-mailing AA.

Well, that's me for the day.. I'm off to bed now
