.22 pellet trajectory help needed Please

Could any one help with a calculation please........say a gun is doing 585fps with h+n Ftt pellets in .22 size.....(11.83 foot pounds).......and the gun is zeroed at 20 yards......what is the fall of shot at longer distances out to 40 yards......(ie. the holdover distance)....max range will be 45 yards....I have been trying to get some practise in for a shoot, but an arm injury / frozen shoulder has been a real pain.......a link to a website about trajectory would be great, or just some numbers......many thanks in advance
