    Black Powder Usage Question

    Just a quick question.

I know nothing about Black Powder guns really so apologies if this is a dumb question but........

Can a black powder rifle be used in a hunting situation or are they purely issued for target / range use?

Can you literally get an old Flintlock musket or rifle and go bunny / fox bashing with it if allowed?

Providing you have approval from the police for the caliber of rifle over the land you shoot on vermin control shouldnt be a problem.
Deer stalking might well be different as you have minimum muzzle velocities & energies to consider.

    Thanks for the reply Keith.

So, if I had an open ticket (which I do) then I could use a blackpowder rifle of any caliber that I wanted to go Foxing?
