    Great stuff this.

Just a thought for next round; as its holiday time maybe we could have a wider window to shoot the cards? I'm going to be away the week its going to be next time.

We don't have to use the same pistols do we? I was planning to use a different one each time. That way I can blame a bad score on the pistol...
    Morally flawed

Since Pad is the scorekeeper on this as on most shoots - and we thank him for all his hard work! - I'll defer to him on the time limits for this shoot.

You can shoot the same or different pistols, as you prefer.

Yes, Pad and I are working on something different for next time. Stay tuned!

Hi Guy's and Gal's, and well done to all who took part. we finally have a section i don't have an air pistol for

It looks like everyone has had a lot of fun with this one, but i have noticed a few non UBC Members sneeking in. This can be easily sorted by Jerry Cornelius, Badfish and Amanda Duggan dropping me an e-mail to membership@umarexboysclub.co.uk with there names, Tag-line and usernames and i'll do the rest. Peejay if you do the same i can set you up as a member too.

    Happy Shooting Folks

UBC for loads of fun competitions for all types of air pistols and rifles.

    Talking

Well, I am so chuffed this evening

I was chatting to a fellow allotment holder and ended up going to his home to sort out a computer problem for him. Whilst I was there I told him about the UBC competitions and he promptly fetches a Webley Junior pistol from his garage

He has had this pistol from new and thinks he bought it in 1957, as a kid. That makes it 2 years older than me

I now have the permanent loan of said pistol for use in the Vintage Series

It needs some TLC, which suits me fine (any advice welcome), but it still cocks and shoots - just a bit low on power.

I can't wait for the next round now.

    Cheers, Mark
