    SIHFT Ford 12th July

    Round 6 of the incredible Sussex Interclub HFT returns to Ford this Sunday.

    Booking in will be from 9:00am (hopefully- I need to confirm with the range Staff)

    Start at 10:00am

    £6 entry fee

    After the Extreme HFT I think there has been a change at Ford...No more Mr Nice Guy

    Any whingers will be fined

    See you all there

    Can't wait as always! I have a week to recover from this Sunday, but as I have just this morning been fitted with a brand spanking new 4 wheel drive sports crutch, I should be able to hobble round.

    Nah, I'm sure the SIFHT lot are made of sturner stuff than that!

    In back garden ranges all over the county, people are honing, polishing and perfecting the skills of the dark arts of HFT.

    Weighing and measuring each pellet, hammer rails so shiny you can see your face in them, and then the phys, consuming enough burgers to achieve optimum HFT condition, bellies thus primed to become the most stable prone firing position known to man, it's not for the faint hearted.

    I must warn you that before Sunday, Dave White is going to be released from his cage to do terrible terrible things with targets, targets so nasty that they have been known to make grown men cry.

    He's already being transported to Ford, as we type. At least he's got a couple of handlers to keep an eye on him.

    As far as I know the gates will open at 9:00am.

    Please park in rows so that your car is parallel to the road(ie come into the car park and turn right).

    Fordies - please drive through the club and park on the runway just through the second set of gates(where target 15 normally is) next to the lorry park.

    Morning All,

    05:30hrs and the report from the sunny Sussex coast is thus, rain has stopped and the cloud is thinning by the minute, Huzzah!

    The wind is a few degrees off of a straight southerly at a fairly constant F6 gusting to F7.

    This is going to be a cracker.

    ########*EDIT*########*

    Wind now dropped to F2 gusting to F4, even the hobbits should be able to cope with that..... runs for cover.
