    Dating information

    I have just got my hands on a HW77K .177 with the serial number 1029404 I have tried to date it but have had no joy. Can any one give me a clue as to its age and rough value. thanks lads.

    For its age, Google 'Hull Cartridge', e-mail them your serial number with a covering polite note (lots of please and thank you), and within a week they will reply with a manufacture date within a three month span of the year it was made . For its value, anywhere between £125 and £225 depending on condition (post a few photos and a detailed description and we will be able to offer a more accurate figure for you ). Atb: G.

    as gareth says, contact hw,
    serial no 1024868 was delivered in 1986
    serial no 1036528 was delivered in 1987
    so i would say its prob 1986
