A few months ago i bought an old Milita. Rusty, with borer in the wood. A real piece of junk.
The shaft has been restored by a specialist here in the Netherlands. Gijs, Airblower, thanks mate! You're the best!
The metal work i have made reasonable in the turn and milling machine. I did this not perfectly, because I think that the rifle loses its charm then. Before the turning and milling the Milita have been sandblasted. After polishing and degreasing, the rifle was been treated by Black Oxide (blue)

..some say never restore only clean .. But this shows us what can be done when there is no choice ! Amazing !
