    scatt

    hi all

i have recentley bought a scatt usb professional to shoot in the house over 4 metres. the problem im having is that im shooting over 4 metres but the computer seems to think that im shooting at 10 metres so all my movements and shots are greatly exagerated. to put it simply im taking shots which i know to be nines and tens but the computer says im hitting sixs and sevens, and not in groups either, they are all over the place. does anyone know how to set up the scatt so hat it realises im shooting at 4 metres?

    thanks alot

Theres a drop down box.. during setup.

Put in your name date, calibre, distance in....then.. on the drop down box.. its either middle or bottom of the screen.

You'll need 4.5 metre air rifle setting mate.

    Thanks

Have you run "Adjust Optical Sensor" its on the Shooting Menu (or you can press F2

You need to do this before you start each session.

When you take a shot on the Test screen it should display your actual distance (its in absolutely tiny font)

I haven't tried the scatt at 4M but I have had it working on 5M, 6M and 10M

    Steve.
