a delivery company called "senditquick" ~~dont use it

i made a order on monday night for 24hr delivery service from senditquick.

then Tuesday I was waiting at home whole day from 8am-7pm for the collection....but no one show up~ so i sent a email(they dont prove any phone number) ask why there is no one came to collection.

this is the email they replied to me:
    Hi,
Apologies for this failed collection, collection was arranged for today, but the courier has failed to collect, for unknown reasons We have now booked this in again, for the next available date forcollection, which is Wednesday 5th. regards,
    SendItQuick.com

so I was explain to the buyer why the delivery delate, and i wait another whole day for collection on wednesday.. no one cames again....and they
send me another email on wednesday aftrenoon..

    Dear Sir,
We have contacted the Brighton depot and unfortunately they have informed us that the driver did arrive to pick up the parcel at about mid-afternoon yesterday to find that it had not been packed and was thus unable to collect it. The parcel will therefore have to be re-booked by you, if you require another collection.
    Kind regards

this is so ridiculous......I packed the parcel(air rifle) on monday and been waiting two day at home~~and there is someone at home as well...
    no one came at all

so I send another email to them tell them what ever what the driver said...ask him 3 simple questions:
    1,what colour is my door
2,I left my car in front of my house what colour is it?
3,how many door bells on my door(there are 3..2 are broken)
after this question you will know who is the liar...and I want my parcel to be collection on Thursday...which is today

till now.....no one reply the email....and of course no on came.....

so donnnnnnnnnt deal which them....... www.senditquick.com

You shouldn't deal with them anyway, all the couriers they use specifically exclude firearms in their terms and conditions and, make no mistake, legally air guns ARE classed as firearms, you just don't need an FAC for one under the 12ftlb limit.

So, if your courier does turn up and then treats your package with as much care as they treat picking up parcels, you have zero chance of making a claim under the insurance.

By any chance did you pay for this yet and if so was it by paypal, cus if they don't answer then log a dispute with paypal and it'll freeze their account, bit of payback if you want it and should get a refund.
