I went to the Wayland show on Sunday. Not really much there unless you like livestock or military vehicles. Not a HS&F type country show. However, ther was a shooting gallery which had about half a dozen BSA Cadets on it. They were in a sorry state indeed. Most of them painted silver and all fitted with those brass abominations on the muzzle for firing corks.
I did manage to find a good book on bayonets by a respected author called Ian Skennerton for just £6, so it wasn't a complete waste of time.
