cheers Ray & RR, nice course, very relaxed day & good atmosphere, would have been nice to drag more shooters away from their club days - they missed a nice day.

Just finished cleaning the rifles, balistol everywhere, even on the new addition. I even thought I had found a place to keep it then I remembered I promised to take the spare dustbin to the outdoor range on Wednesday.

Enjoyed the day, I see the mice have been nibbling at my score.

As others have said, a grand day out, with great company.....I enjoyed taking the old BSA round the "big course", if only to laugh at the banter it attracted from the serious guys.....

"I hope you have been 100% so far with all that high tec kit"

"Hey mate, your scopes fell off"

"Is that a prototype pro sport"

All given and taken in fun, as well as a couple of compliments and a closer look at the old girl when I actually managed a couple of 2 point shots (at the closer ranges)

I don't have anything modern or with a decent scope, and it was an eye opener to see what the guys (and gals) and modern guns there were capable of

Thanks to all for the hospitality and humour!

On behalf of all the Fort guys in attendance, thank you for a super day. We all enjoyed a most challenging but excellent course. The weather was faultless as was the banter, spot on.

Hope you guys have managed to raise a very healthy sum for a very worthwhile cause.

    Mike.
