Please allow me to simply paste the text that I used for calculating number of fills for my S200:
N = (Pt - Pr ) * ( Vt /(Pdiff*Vr))
where
N is the number of fills you will get. But don't forget to include a fudge factor to account for the loss of air in the hose when you open up the bleed valve.
Pt is the tank pressure, in your case, either 3500 or 4500 when fully filled.
Pr is the desirable gun reservoir pressure, in your case, 2150 psi.
Pdiff is the difference in the high pressure (2150) in your gun's air reservoir and the low pressure (refill pressure at which you want to refill your gun, 1450 psi).
Vt is the tank displacement (volume). Here: 90 cu ft*(14.5/4500) = 0.29, 14.5 psi is normal air pressure at sea level.
Vr is the reservoir displacement (volume).
Using a fudge factor of 0.9 for loss of air in the hose:
With a 4500 psi 90 CF tank you will get 221 fills,
with a 3500 psi 100 CF tank you will get 181 fills.
Medium Carbon Fiber tank, 285 cu in displacement, 4400 psi, S200 (122 cc reservoir): approx. 135 fills.
