kassnar3+9+40 scope

been looking for kassnar scope for months, bought the one above for £60 posted off the bay it comes with 1 piece mounts.will fit on my hw77 just like the one i bought from airgun centre many years ago,well chuffed.

i have one on my BSF S70 really looks the part and works too / must be quite long for a 77 though best period scope for a 77 in my opinion is WEIHRAUGH'S own 3x9x40 if you can get one

Agreed. There was one advertised on this very BBS a few weeks ago. I was talking myself into why I needed yet another spare scope and the seller saw sense and removed it from sale.

Had quite a few Kassnar scopes over the years with mixed results. The early ones were the best; the same could be said with a lot of brands; Tasco, Simmons.

I got one of those on my HW90, wide angle lens... cock on, works a treat!

Is it a true wide angle lens? Several companies in the 80's used to fit an oval plate into the scope and called it a Wide Angle.
