    Lightbulb Accommodation & Transport offer

I will probably be camping and can bring an 8 man tent (4 double compartments) if anyone else needs accommodation?

3 of the 4 "Rooms" are now provisionally booked.
So there is still 1 Double Room available plus we could squeeze a couple more in the "Lounge" area.

Can also offer a lift to anyone on route between the Guildford/Basingstoke sort of area and the venue.

    Cheers, Mark

Been in contact with the supplier.

I've now got two options just do a another set of the original badges or get new badges with the new logo on it & advertise it for everyone. Either way been told that they will be ready before the meet. Just need to do another thread

    Tent space filling up

I have just updated my post #10 above as I now have reservations for 3 "rooms" in my tent

There is still 1 double going spare and room in the "lounge" for 2 more

    Cheers, Mark

P.S. Paddy, do I need to book to pitch a tent?
