    Tent space filling up

I have just updated my post #10 above as I now have reservations for 3 "rooms" in my tent

There is still 1 double going spare and room in the "lounge" for 2 more

    Cheers, Mark

P.S. Paddy, do I need to book to pitch a tent?

If there's any way you can make it, mates, GO! It's a wonderful event and attended by some of the nicest people you'll meet on either side of the Atlantic!

Jan and I had a great time at the second meet: just wish we could make this one!

    Hi Mark.

Last time there wasn't a need to book a tent, I just told the guys there how many tents would be coming. I'm planning on going there hopefully Friday & I'll let them know.

Hey Jim, do you have a webcam? We could set up a "live link" to you and Jan from the venue

We tried to do that at the first meet.

However it just didn't out & it meant Jim & Jan had to shoot at about 1am there time. Which they did!

Yes, I can remember being out in the backyard in the dark.

As Paddy says, the connection jusr didn't work, somehow. A shame, because I was also giving everyone a view of our pretty backyard, with a tiny fish pond, and some palm trees.

Mike, the link you posted doesn't have the 2 for 1 deal. It took me a lot of headscratching but I eventually got the deal by finding the original 1st meet thread and using the link in there which still works

Lightbulb Grant, Scholarship, or foundation? Beg, borrow, or steal??

I am going to set up the McArthur Foundation for the needy (needing to be in Coventry with our friends)! I wonder if I will collect enough for air fare for Jim and I and bus, train or petrol costs for all of you?

Do you think I could "snooker" anyone into contributing to our cause??

I hope you all have a great time!

    Think of us,

We can video ourselves shooting, and then send it to you to be posted so you can see our shooting setup, and our pretty back yard. I have a new progam that will allow me to splice video so the file won't be so large.
