Mark always used to take the p!$$ out of me, in a nice way, and I him, and he always called me his favourite mod, and I used to say that out of all the micro-light flying air gunners I knew, he was my favourite, too .

I am deeply shocked to learn this. Mark will be sadly missed, and other than reiterate things that have already been said, I can't think of owt else to say except rest in peace my friend. My thoughts are with your family.

    I am stunned.

I never met mark in the flesh, but I too loved to read his posts and see what life challange he set him self.

He was obviously one of those characters that never let anything stand in his way.

    Nothing was impossible to him.

He proved it time and time again.

The Microlight was one thing, but that bloody wall he built in that wheelchair put most of the brickies I know to shame.

The amount of times I have sat at this computer and shook my head in amazement at what he was up to.

My heart goes out to his family and his friends who must be left with some incredible memories of a brave and determined man.

CHEERS MARK, YOU WILL BE MISSED TERRIBLY

    How very sad.

Too few characters around and another one goes.

    God Bless.

It's a complete shock to hear this. Mark was one of life's unforgettable characters, so full of humour, energy and zest for life that it was very easy to forget his disability, he certainly didn't let it stop him living his life to the fullest.

One of life's good guys. Rest in piece Mark, you will be missed.
