As everyone has said before stunned and gob smacked.

Never met the man in person but had contact and dealings with him when he was getting his microlight license sorting some maps out.

His threads always seemed to be funny and was always willing to help anyone out no matter what.

So it only seemed fitting that this post was in caps

r.i.p mad mark you will be sorely missed by all.

(well it was in caps when i typed it. the thought was there)

    Sad loss

A real sudden shock my sympathy's to his family, and all of his freinds, in
his private life, and on here.
    R.I.P Terry.

I'm lost for words, I only texted him (and got a reply) a couple of days ago . He will most certainly be missed, one of the characters on the BBS of whom I had the pleasure of meeting a few months back. I'll raise a glass in his memory tonight.

Like many, never met him but always admired his grit and determination for all that life had thrown at him.

    Rest in peace, god bless.

I never knew mark personally, but iv been a member of this forum for 4-5 years and knew him as one of the funniest fellas on the forum and seemed a nice (if a bit mad) guy.
I aint been on the forum much in the last year or so because of personal reasons, but its a shock to so him gone and the form has lost a great member

I only knew Mark through his posts. He seemed to be one of life's free spirits - an irrepressible character.

R.I.P Mark - I'm sure it just became a lively place up there

To Mark's family, I wish you much strength and best wishes during this time.

I never met Mark, much to my regret, exchanged a few PMs about our families and spent plenty of time laughing at his antics and amazed by his courage, as others have said one of the biggest characters on here, a BBS legend, socks spangly pants and all, you will be missed, Fly high now MAD MARK.
