    Slippery slope...

    Hi,
I have been reading about people wanting to scope up their older air rifles-its a good idea but you can get carried away! I started off with a 4X32 then moved up to a 3-9X40...this week Ive moved up again...

The 77 is fairly ancient but still gives a good account of herself, this is what happens when trying to stay competitive-a miniature arms race!

the one gun i wont scope, however is my stutzen, which looks too good to scope

Is that a rifle mounted on that scope?

    Very nice combo though!

Loading is fiddly! The rifles heavy to start with as well!

I've just put a scope on a (old) Falke 80. The first time I've put a scope on an air rifle in 40 years. Have yet to shoot it but I'm pleased with the looks.
