    Webley Hurricane

I have a Hurricane up for grabs.

Gun is first series and has the correct forestock (just 'Hurricane') though the white has rubbed off. Generally OK all round however the barrel blueing needs some attention.

    It is .22 calibre.

    Pictures are here:

    I want £80.00 posted please.

AMENDED, the box has gone elsewhere.

My we are picky, keep looking, they are getting rarer, particularly the boxes.

    Limited number of Webley people?

Very nice Hurricane, and well-priced as well. Reblueing the barrel shouldn't cost much. They won't be making these again.

I have a Tempest so not in the market, there must be someone who wants this bargain.

Perhaps people confuse it with the icky semi-recoilless break-barrel modern thing? Maybe submit another ad spelling out it is the top-cocker?

The 'New Webley' semi recoiless (I love the icky comment ) is called a Typhoon so I don't think there is any confusion but thank you for your comments.

As there seems to be no interest (other than by a time waster) I may chrome the barrel, fit it with combat grips and keep it as a customised plaything. The box can go to that place we don't talk about.

Thanks for the lead, Tazz, could become an interesting site and I will put it there when allowed. In the meantime it is still awaiting interest.
