In which case (look at 'Who voted' on the mod's control panel), we have one prominent collectables section member who must be something of a B2 fan, because he voted the Tornado worst.

No names, but his love of the B2 might just be reflected in his user title at some point in the future.

    Bugger it

I've got a B2 coming in for a tune over the weekend.

Mind you I do like a challenge.

Which plonker, so called collector would have voted for the Hungarian S.D. over the horrible B2?

The B2 isn't pretentious. Its a cheap budget rifle at which it is suffice. Poor quality, yes, but its cheap. The Swamp Donkey on the other hands receives praise by many for being something it isn't. Therefore the Tornado receives my vote.

ok i agree the b2 is about as bad as a cheap springer can be ,but the reality is it got a load of first time a/gunners off the ground at minimum cost with little pretension, of course after one of these there is only one way to go;and a revelation when the upgrade came. But to my mind one of the biggest and most shocking examples of a marketed and hyped up modern gun was a pcp apologies for twisting your thread but in terms of what could have been and wasnt. branded with a great name and let down on a massive scale the logun s16 and how much did that cost;i have the inside imfo on how many of these got sent back and how many got returned unfixed!or shall we say temporarily, which was the greater disappointment or least value for money?.
sorry for hijacking the thread with what is probably another thread and to the very lucky few who somehow ended up with a reliable s16[not many]
"and for the poetic amoungst us"
WOULD A B2 BY ANY OTHER NAME STILL SOUND AS SWEET,
"ALAS" IT WOULD; BY WINDS OF TORNADO OR WINGS OF SHADOWY HAWK YOUR MESSENGER

Im dealing with two gret lumps so why shouldn't you? Bring it on chaps - Im just tying one hand behind my back.

At least the lowly B2 isn't pretentious enough to be called the SUPER like the H.S.D.

Gotta be the Webley - all the others realistically would have been expected to be cheap & nasty from the start.....
