Great day out with the muzzle loaders

Heres a thread to say a big thank you to John, John , Mike, Tony , Pete and the rest of the guys from the Muzzle loading and historic gun group who invited me to their shoot to try out my latest indulgence; my Thomas Wild 12g circa 1890 hammer gun
I did hit the odd clay but not like Tony with his 4g damascus barreled muzzle loader, loaded with 70g of shot the clays vapourize rather than break
    And he didnt miss any
John my host tried out his latest muzzle loader with great effect, see if I can attach a photo.
High light was the lads with radio contolled planes towing a stuffed toy penguin filled with red powder paint, deal was if you hit the plane you paid for the repairs! Unfortunately after being well hit the penguin caught in the trees; bird lost
After another flight towing a tin can the plane suffered low battery syndrome, lost radio contact and glided into the woods
What a great day, thanks to everyone especially John Wyatt. ATB John
