THE SCOPE THAT YOU ARE THINKING ABT IS A SIMMONS DIAMOND RETICLE CIRCA 2001. Jenny Dipple
Hi folks,
I am looking for a good quality period scope for an HW35.
I guess it would be Pecar, Taso, Nikko etc etc.
It is to go on a V-Mach rebuilt/blued HW35, so something with a nice deep shine would do nicely.
It is a bit of a fashion accessory as well as a practical sight, but you get my drift.
Is this silly? I dont know
Saw a nice one (think it was a diamond something or other, the ret was diamond shaped and was, I think, second focal plane...changed size with the zoom).
Any thoughts. It will be a cracking rifle, so obviously I would like the scope to look right, as well as doing it's job.
I'm a maggot in another life you know

I like scopes. The Simons diamond mad was a great PCP scope but still not the best scope in the world; had two but didn't keep them.
HW35E should have an Optima Moonlighter or Tasco TR; thats if you can find one.
