    Relum tornado

Hi does any body have any idea about values on Relum Tornados. My brother has one.
My dad bought it second hand from Walsall market for his 9th birhthday in 1964 and he has it still.
    Working and half decent condition.

    Thanks M.

values on these is pretty low although there are a few die hards on here ,myself included consider them as a tough and unsophisticated entry level airgun of its time;but back to your question ive seen them in vgc go for £40 or so in the shop
and as low as you can imagine for a rough one, personally with a tidy up a change of spring etc they are a good backyard plinker .bob

They seem to be tough as old boots certainly made to last.

Depends on condition. £50 or so for a really good one, then a sliding scale. Surely though he wants to keep this momento of growing up?

I agree with that sentiment......Like quite a few on here I suspect, I personally have only a couple of old photos from when I was that age, I would love to still have my first gun, even though it would be worth about £25......

A Tornado when he was 9 years old......he must have been a big lad for his age!!......I remember when I was 7 or 8 (I am about the same age give or take).....having a go with one........it felt like a boys .55 anti tank rifle to me....after the little Diana's and BSA cadets I had shot before)

Agree entirely with the sentiment thing and valuation.

Fortunately I'm over the nostalgia thing but I had one as my main hunting rifle from early seventies and with a little bit of fettling a spring change and sensible lube, they are OK as many bunnies and greys can testify!

Keep it and love and cherish it as the best agricultural underlever ever to grace the planet!
