    Webley Service Mk2 & Original 50

Hi I have a Webley Service Mk2 177cal for sale, blueing good, no rust, no major thinning, the rifle is complete, Serial No S5064, barrel No does not match No 4402. There are quite a few marks on the stock nothing which could not be done with a little patience, there is a beautiful piece of heavily grained walnut behind the muck. There is a problem with the two lugs on top of the spring chamber one is worn through and the other is worn thin they would need building up with a tig weld? The rifle does shoot well and has all original screws, rear and aperture sights in working order. I bought the rifle to do up myself but just haven't got round to it.

    £300 FTF

Original model 50 177cal in very nice condition some tiny rub marks on the forend of the stock near loading tap (see pic) could be fixed quite easily, and one small blemish fingertip size on the blueing near front site otherwise the rest of rifle is in excellent condition with 98% of the original blue, no rust rest of stock in perfect condition, complete with metal rear site plus an aperture target site. The rifle is dated 07 74, shoots well I have had this rifle from new used it for bell target shooting.

    £225 FTF

    Hi Jim
Regarding the Model 50; if you don't get a local sale f2f, and you'd consider posting - I'd be happy to send you all the packing materials (a Weihrauch box & polystyrene packers, bubblewrap etc.) & pay postage costs.
    All the best
    chris
Addendum: offer now made to buy this rifle.

Enjoyed meeting you today Jim - and thanks for coming all the way to deliver!
I'm really pleased with both rifles - especially the condition of the Model 50. It's a pleasure to recommend anyone to deal with you.
All the best with the bell target shooting - do you think you could post details of where to get hold of one?
    Kind regards
    chris

Thanks Chris, I think someone on this site was selling bell targets some time ago, the targets we use have been around a long time.

    Both rifles now sold.
    Thanks Jim
