    free to good home

i have just found 2 pairs of open sights,
one for a webley omega, the other for a webley vulcan, both of 1986/7 vintage,(ish),i am not sure which is which tho,
one rear sight has quite large chunky wheels for adjustment, the other has slotted screws,
one of the the fore sights is slip on,the other sits on groves and has replaceable elements for your pleasure. (included).
there is some rust buth not visible when mounted, but will clean off,
1st to say yes on here gets em,will split as 2 sets so say which you want
    cheers Bruce

    Hi,
I'll have the metal rearsight with slotted screws and the foresight which slides onto the dovetail grooves to go with it please (ie. the one with replaceable elements) .Very kind of you indeed to make these available for free. Many thanks. PM to follow.

The chunky wheel rearsight is more likely to be for the vulcan...anyway, it's a very generous offer for someone rebuilding a classic, goodluck with the deal

    I'll try them

My father in law has an old vulcan with no sights sitting in his shed. I would like to try the rear and front sight, if they don't fit I will offer them up again. Caddy.

Omega sights arrived safely. All they needed was a little clean as Bruce said. Thanks Bruce, you're a gent.

Vulcan sights arrived safely today, will be seeing the old man at the end of the month so will try them on his rifle then. Thank you Bruce a very generous offering. Caddy.

If it has chunky wheel on the side then it sounds like the vulcans' sight as I have one myself somewhere. It screws into the top of the breech block with two screws.

A very generous offer, wouldn't mind seeing your Vulcan Caddy. What have you got planned for the refurb?

    Tried and tested

Hello Bruce and fellow collectors, just to update this tale of good will and kindness. The sights were a perfect fit on my father in-law's vulcan, he is chuffed to have a complete rifle now and on about changing the seals and things.

To keep the good will going the rear sight for the HW 77 I had for sale is now on offer for free! I first to put on the original post can have it.
